These Terms govern your access to and use of TG-Phantom. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
▸ 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts. You may not use TG-Phantom on behalf of any third party without authorization.
▸ 3. Purchases & wallet
All purchases are settled in USD from your on-platform wallet, funded by crypto deposits (USDT-TRC20, TRX, BTC, LTC). Crypto-to-USD conversion is performed at the CoinGecko spot rate at the moment of on-chain confirmation, minus a 3% spread.
Wallet balance is non-withdrawable. It may only be spent inside TG-Phantom on listed digital goods.
▸ 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell access credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, interfere with the watcher service, abuse the support ticketing, or upload illegal content.

Digital goods are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any third-party service connected to a sold credential will remain available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
