We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service: email, locale, IP and user-agent on login, and your wallet ledger.
▸ Data we store
Account: email, optional display name, bcrypt-hashed password, language preference, audit log (login times + IP).
Transactions: deposit addresses generated for you, on-chain tx hashes, order history, ticket messages.
▸ Where it lives
All data is stored on our own infrastructure in containers isolated from third-party services. Files are served via signed URLs with a 5-minute TTL and never publicly indexed.
▸ Crypto deposits
Deposit addresses are derived from HD wallets we control. Public blockchain data (your sending address, amounts) is inherent to the network and outside our control.
▸ Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account data by opening a support ticket. Deletion is final.
