Summary

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. This policy lays out the few specific situations where we DO refund.

All sales are final

Because delivery is instant and the buyer immediately obtains the digital asset, we cannot rescind a sale after delivery in the same way a physical retailer could.

Always review a product page carefully before buying. Stock counts, descriptions and prices are shown up-front.

When we refund

If the file you downloaded is provably corrupt, mismatches the description, or does not function within 24h of purchase, open a support ticket. After investigation we will refund the wallet balance.

How to claim

Open a Support ticket within 24h of purchase, attach proof (screenshot, error message, hash mismatch). Decisions are issued within 48h.
